Positive work atmosphere, lots of paid training, in-services, and meetings to keep everyone on the same page. All the staff is supportive and works hard at setting you up for success! From the nursing staff, to the housekeepers, kitchen, up to the office staff, DON, and administrator - all are phenomenal about making sure you and residents are taken care of. Just like any other job you are expected to work while you are there. This is a very rewarding job and I truly look forward to going to work every day!

Employees work as a team. Competitive pay when compared to other area facilities. Good working environment. Open communication is a huge plus! Meetings are offered weekly and monthly for nursing staff and other department staff. Training is provided to staff that wish to work in the CBRF.
